This value added feature is available for all our Registered Users. Once your have placed your order with Alex Jewellery online, we will keep you updated on the status of your order up to dispatch, through your Alex Jewellery account.

On dispatch of your order you will receive your Tracking Number from Domestic (within India) and UPS/DHL/Indian Post for International destinations by email.

Track your shipment

You should have received your tracking number via email. Please note that you will not be able to track your package until we have handed the package over to UPS/DHL/Indian Post and thus have not given you an air waybill no. It takes us 5 working days to process your orders.
