Return Policy

At Alex Jewellery our primary objective is to give our customers the highest levels of service. In case you get a wrong product or the package is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace the same. All you need to do is: You need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and mail us the photograph of the product received at online@alexjewellery.in You need to send us the product in perfect condition with original packing within 7 days from the received date. The new product will be shipped once the product is received by us.

Return and Exchange Instructions:

Repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to insecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. This is particularly true for wedding sets (you must return both/all rings from the set, or we cannot accept your return or exchange request), and jewellery sets of necklaces and earrings.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items:

WIf you receive your jewellery order and it contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away! We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to make things right. Please refer to the information below for further assistance:

  • Contact us by phone and/or email IMMEDIATELY, and be sure to include your name, order number, and the name or item code of the defective product(s).
  • If you cannot contact us right away, be sure to call or email within two business days of receiving your package. If you contact us regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item past this two day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist you.
  • Please do NOT mail back any incorrect, damaged, or defective items without advance confirmation from Alex Jewellery. This is very important!
  • Please note that return postage fees for incorrect, damaged, and/or defective items will NOT be refunded without prior written authorization from Alex Jewellery.

Tags on Jewellery

All our Products are Barcoded with MRP.

These tags are placed such that you are not able to try on the merchandise with the tag still attached.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item and would like to return it, you may do so within 2 days as long as the item's tag is still attached. Removal of the tag indicates that you have inspected and are pleased with the item. Alex Jewellery will not issue credit for an item that is returned without the original jewellery tag still attached.
